Sunny Ridoutt - Manager

A genuine love of meeting people, ability to build relationships, passion for life and industry experience ensure Sunny has the ability to assist clients to market their products to the guests and staff of Brisbane’s hotels and apartment buildings.  

Marketing tourism products since 2003, Sunny’s relationships with key Concierge and hotel staff provides clients with premium brochure positioning for staff and guest access.   Client services include the coordination of familiarisations for Concierges to experience Top 10 products and also  the opportunity for clients to join her on sales and marketing calls to the hotels to build their own relationships with key contacts.

The Top 10 brochures have been designed with an understanding of the needs of the front line staff within hotels that recommend products to their guests along with the needs of the traveller who browse the brochures without assistance.  The design of the brochure assists in ensuring Concierge Services Top 10 guides are used daily as a trusted tool of reference.

 Murray Rowbotham - Proprietor  

A total of 19 years experience working within hotels and Concierge Departments of luxury 5 star properties with the most recent Concierge role as Chief Concierge within Brisbane’s newest and most exclusive boutique property, the Emporium Hotel.  Whilst in this role he was accepted into the International Concierge society, Les Clefs d'Or.

• Finalist - HM Concierge Of The Year National Awards (2008 -  Emporium Hotel, Brisbane)
• Concierge to Her Majesty The Queen (2003 - Stamford Plaza Brisbane)
• Winner - Louis Vuitton Concierge Competition (2001 - Stamford Plaza Brisbane)   

In addition to his Concierge experience, Murray has also been employed by one of Brisbane's most successful day tour companies in the role of Sales & Marketing Manager with a commitment to diversify revenue streams, sourcing new business and increasing exisiting business. 
Murray is currently employed as the 'Rooms Division Manager' of the Emporium Hotel overseeing the operations of the hotels Reservations, Front Desk and Concierge Departments.
